Refund Policy

General Principle
We want customers to feel treated fairly. If something went wrong, contact support@slovarish.com.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
For recurring monthly subscriptions:
- Charges are generally non-refundable once billed.
- You may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.
- Access continues through the current paid billing period.
2. Lifetime Access Purchases
For one-time Lifetime Access purchases:
- Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase may be considered.
- We may deny refunds where there has been substantial use or abuse of the Service.
- After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Billing Errors / Unauthorized Charges
Refunds may be granted for:
- duplicate charges
- clear billing mistakes
- unauthorized purchases, subject to review
4. Technical Problems
If a serious technical issue prevented reasonable use of paid features and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@slovarish.com and include:
- purchase email
- approximate purchase date
- reason for request
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically submitted within 7 business days. Banks/processors may take additional time.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
