3. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $6.00 per month
• Payment is processed through Paddle, our third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy

4. Free Trial

• New users receive a free trial period as specified during registration
• No payment is required during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your first month

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription period

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You may not share your account with others

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Dictionary data includes content from various sources including Wiktionary (CC BY-SA) and other linguistic resources
• Full attribution and source information is available in the "Data Sources" section of the app's "About" page
• Some content may be derived from works in the public domain

9. Privacy

10. Service Availability
